Whats counts and what doesn’t
Whatever we do everyday falls under just 2 categories, what counts or what doesn’t. To make it plain whats important and whats not. Let me pose one question. Does being kind and considerate counts? Sure is. Getting through each day without offending anyone or hurting anyone also counts. Having the latest technology ? I don’t think so.
Doing something useful with your life counts. Going shopping be-cause you’re bored doesn’t. Yes by a;ll means go shopping but see what you do is important or not, being having real value or not, being of some benefit or not.
Having time for loved ones or friends is important. Repaying a debt is also important; but what brand of washing powder you use isn’t. Nurturing our kinds and teaching them real values is important, but dressing them in designer fashion isn’t. You get the idea.
In short, there are a lot of things in this life that are important and a whole lot of things that aren’t. It doesn’t take too much time to dif-ferentiate which are which. And ther4e are a lot more things that are actually not really important to choose from.
So the bottom line is think about what you do that counts, then do more of it. Make sense?
