Blueprint for Health
Many people complain that health costs is expensive. I don’t agree with them. To me the thing called ignorance is more expensive than any other things.
It is because of ignorance you pay three times more to treat a running nose than what its actual cost. It is because of ignorance you spend many times more on unnecessary simple operation to remove something which is actually unnecessary.
It is because of ignorance also you spend hundreds of dollars on drugs to treat a simple headache which later become more chronic than before.
It is because of ignorance you put drugs and toxins into your body which lower your resistance to disease and finally end up paying more and more to get well but yet not getting nowhere.
If you suffer any of these I would advise you to stop. Listen carefully to what I say. If you want to be strong, healthy and happy remember this one thing,. You cannot buy health and happiness from the drugstore or from pharmacy shop in the form of bottles filled with so called ‘miracle drugs, pills, etc. Health in ts truest sense can only be attained by observing natural laws and co-operate with Mother Nature.
